ChoBo

Chocolate Boutique

Chocolate made slowly, in a home kitchen, by hand. No factory, no shortcuts. Just good cocoa, a lot of patience, and a little too much love.

01 — Our kitchen

Not made in a factory.
Made at home.

Every ChoBo piece starts on our own kitchen counter. We melt, temper, fill and wrap each batch by hand, so every box is a little bit different and nothing is mass-produced.

i.

Melt

Good cocoa, melted gently over a water bath. We don't rush this part.

ii.

Temper

Cooled and warmed to just the right degree, so it snaps cleanly and shines.

iii.

Fill

Ganache, caramel and praline, all cooked from scratch in small pots.

iv.

Wrap

Boxed and tied by hand, usually with a note, and never more than a few days old.
